AI consulting and engineering
You can bring me a beautifully written brief. You can also bring me a screen recording and say, “There has to be a less ridiculous way to do this.” I’m happy with either.
I help companies figure out what to do with AI, then build the software to do it. That might mean giving your team a tool they’ve been wishing for, teaching your systems to share information, or finding a better home for the work currently living in seventeen tabs and someone’s memory.
I like getting into the details with the people doing the job. Show me the workarounds, the repeated steps, the spreadsheet everyone is a little afraid to touch. We’ll work out what’s worth changing, try it on a small scale, and build from there. I stay involved through implementation and training, because the interesting part is seeing people actually use the thing.
what I can help with
Find a useful place to start
We look at how your company works, where time goes, and what keeps getting stuck. I help you choose a worthwhile first project, work through the costs and constraints, and decide what success would look like. If a simpler fix will do, I’ll say so.
Build the thing you wish existed
A custom application, an internal assistant, a research tool, or an AI workflow that can take a task through several steps. I turn the idea into working software, test it against real examples, and build in the checks people need to trust it.
Get your systems talking
Your CRM, documents, databases, and existing applications already know quite a lot. I connect them so useful information can get where it needs to go, with the right access controls. Your team deserves a more interesting job than being the copy-and-paste department.
Make it part of the working day
I work with your team on rollout, practical training, and the inevitable “could it also…?” requests. We check whether the software is saving time or improving the work, then adjust it. The demo is the beginning of the story.

a few useful answers
We know we want to use AI. We’re less sure what for.
That’s a perfectly sensible starting point. Show me how the work gets done and what you’d like to improve. I can help separate useful possibilities from things that sound impressive in a meeting, then put together a practical plan.
Can you build it as well as advise us?
Yes. I handle both consulting and engineering, from deciding what to build through development, integrations, testing, and rollout. You can also bring me in for a specific part if you already have a team or a project underway.
Our existing systems are a bit of a museum. Is that a problem?
Older software is welcome. We’ll look at what it can connect to, what data is available, and which parts need extra care. The plan should respect the systems your company depends on and give you a manageable way forward.
Will our team need to become AI experts?
They need to know how to use the tool, check its work, and recognise when to step in. I help with that through practical training built around their actual tasks. Nobody needs a surprise second career.
