the solution

I built software that helps a course team turn a topic and source material into a complete training course. Writers can review the script, course developers can work on the slides, and subject matter experts can check the content before it goes out.

The internal version reduced the team’s course-production time from roughly 110 hours to 15. A typical course involved about 30 pages of writing and 200 slides.

The client-facing builder brings script review, slide editing, images, narration, and course export into one application.

what it can do

  1. 1Develop course material

Creates a course outline and draft script from a brief and supporting material. Writers can revise the content before it becomes a slide deck.

  2. 2Edit the slides

Lets users change text, move content around, and add, remove, or reorder slides. The course stays editable after generation.

  3. 3Generate context-aware images

Generates images based on the lesson content, so each visual supports what the course is teaching. The team can also upload or replace images when needed.

  4. 4Add narration

Generates slide narration and identifies audio that needs updating when the script changes.

  5. 5Export a finished course

Packages the reviewed slides and narration as a SCORM course for a learning platform.
