I co-founded ShareCo to help companies put AI to work through Salesforce, custom software, and automation. We build it, implement it, and train the team using it.

the course builder (course authoring · internal tools + client-facing build)
Course-building software for creating scripts, slides, images, and narration, with an editable course ready to export to a learning platform.

the code graph (developer tools · knowledge graph · mcp)
A code graph for a ColdFusion and JavaScript application with 20 years of history, helping AI understand its dependencies and generate more accurate code.
562 modules in the documented snapshot · 136,794 relationships in that snapshot · 11 MCP tools · scheduled graph refresh · full case study

Additional Projects
- boris says: An open-source coach for Claude Code. It gives feedback during a session, notices repeated workflows, and drafts automations for you to review.
- housebroken: Checks your agent instructions against what happened in the session. It points to the commands or text behind each finding and flags rules it cannot meaningfully test.
- switchboard: A coordination tool for developers running coding agents in parallel. It uses Linear to share discoveries, track claimed work, and warn about overlapping edits.
- sales hub: A shared workspace for RFP work: upload a questionnaire, draft answers from company material, review them, and export the response. Discovery and the evidence library are ongoing parts of the build.
- commission workflows: A Business Central extension for calculating and reviewing commissions, importing workbook data, handling exceptions, and checking results against the existing Excel process.
- ai adoption and training: The work around the software: interviewing teams, writing an AI playbook, running an internal hackathon, and helping people use coding agents in their own jobs.
- accounting automation: Bringing Claude Code into accounting workflows and working through the practical details with the people responsible for the numbers.
